You can apply this update to the following releases of WordPerfect Office X3 (version number 13.0.0.406 to 446):

• Student / Teacher Edition
• Trial versions
• OEM versions

To find out which version of WordPerfect Office you currently have installed, click Help > About in any Corel application, or check the volinfo.txt file at the root of Programs CD.

To install the WordPerfect Office X3 Metadata Removal Patch

1. Restart your computer.
2. Close all open applications, including virus scan and DAD.
3. Download the update to your computer.
   If prompted, please be sure to choose the Save this program to disk option. Do not choose the Run this program from its current location option.
4. Double-click the installer file to begin the update.
5. Review the Software License Agreement.
6. Complete the installation by following the instructions in the installation wizard.
