Before you contact a support specialist, you need to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can obtain your PIN by registering your product or creating a Corel account.
Before calling:
- Make sure your product is registered
- Check that your product version is supported (see chart to the right)
- Confirm that you have the latest patches and updates installed
- Ensure that you do not have an unsupported OEM version

Fees charged are payable by major credit card only.
