Uploading videos to YouTube directly
Express yourself to the whole world and let everybody see your video projects by uploading them to YouTube directly! YouTube, a very popular video sharing site, has been integrated into VideoStudio 11 Plus with a single touch of a button! After having fun with all the exciting editing features of VideoStudio, you can conveniently upload your favorite videos of all your special moments!
To upload your videos to YouTube directly:
1. Go to the Share step of VideoStudio and click on the Share Video Online button. Click on YouTube and select your preferred quality from the available options. The Create Video File dialog box appears.
2. Enter your desired filename and select the path where you want to save your video project. In Save as type, select Windows Media Video (*.wmv) as the file format for you to output your project. Click on the Options button for more options you can apply to your project. Click OK and your movie will be rendered.
3. After the rendering process, you are ready to upload your video!
The Step 1 - Log-in You Tube dialog box appears.
You are required to go through an authorization process each time you use this feature to upload your videos to YouTube. Click on the Authorization button and your browser will automatically open to the YouTube third-party application permissions page. Grant permission to Intervideo, Digital Tech. to enable this feature by clicking on the Allow button.
If you do not have an existing YouTube account, you can click the Join Youtube button to create one and repeat the process mentioned above.
After granting permission, do not close the browser and go back to VideoStudio. Click on Next.
4. In Step 2 - Copyright Disclaimer, Youtube's conditions for uploading, terms of service and copyright tips are all stated in this dialog box. If you agree to all the conditions for its use, mark the I agree to the above statement check box and click on Next. The Step 3 - Describe your video dialog box appears.
5. Enter your desired Title, Description and Tags in the spaces provided.
6. In Video Category, select the option where you want your video to be classified from the drop-down menu.
7. Broadcast describes the privacy settings of the video you want to upload. Choose Public or Private from the radio buttons in the dialog box then click Next.
8. In Step 4 - Producing File dialog box, the upload process will begin. The Uploaded Video File Properties shows you the current settings and specifications of the video you want to upload. Check all the details and when you're done, click on the Upload Video button and the uploading begins! When uploading is done, a prompt will appear telling you that you have successfully uploaded to YouTube.
9. Click OK and your browser will automatically open to your YouTube account with your uploaded video!
