Release notes for Hot Fix 1 for Paradox

You can apply Hot Fix 1 to Paradox® version 11.0.0.663, which is included in certain editions of Corel® WordPerfect® Office X4.

To find out which version of Paradox® you currently have installed, see the "Version number" section below.

Before applying Hot Fix 1 for Paradox®, you need to

  • restart your computer
  • close all open applications, including any virus-scanning software

Please note:

For instructions on applying this hot fix to network installations, see the section "How do I update the software?" in the Corel WordPerfect Office X4 Deployment Guide, which is available from Corel Support Services.

If you are prompted to choose how to download the hot fix, choose the Save this program to disk option. Do not choose the Run this program from its current location option.

Version number

Each application has a version number. If you want to determine the full version number of your installation, click Help > About in Paradox. This hot fix applies only to version 11.0.0.663 and does not need to be applied to version 11.0.0.411.

Quick installation instructions

  1. Download the hot fix to your computer.
  2. Double-click the installer file to begin the update.
  3. Review the Software License Agreement.
  4. Complete the installation by following the instructions in the installation wizard.

Item fixed - Paradox® updates

  • This hot fix resolves the inability to print documents such as tables and reports from within the application
  • When using a report (*.RSL file) in Paradox, you can now publish to the following formats: WPD, TXT, DOC, RTF, WB2, and XLS.

  • fermer toutes les applications y compris les programmes antivirus;

Remarque :

Si vous êtes invité à choisir le mode de téléchargement du correctif, sélectionnez l'option Enregistrer ce programme sur disque, et non l’option Exécuter ce programme depuis son emplacement actuel.

Numéro de version

Chaque application est dotée d'un numéro de version. pour le connaître, cliquez sur le menu Aide > à propos de Paradox. Ce correctif à chaud ne s'applique qu'à la version 11.0.0.663.

Installation rapide

  1. Téléchargez le correctif à chaud vers votre ordinateur.
  2. Cliquez deux fois sur le fichier programme pour amorcer la mise à jour.
  3. Lisez la convention de licence d’utilisation du logiciel.
  4. Suivez les instructions que donne l’assistant jusqu’à la fin de l’installation.

Problème réglé - Mise à jour Paradox®

  • Cette mise à jour résout le problème d'impression de documents, tels que des tableaux et des rapports depuis l'application.
