Patches & Updates
Before you try any of the options below, please apply the latest patches & updates to make sure your software is up to date. We may have already fixed the issue.
Knowledgebase & FAQs
Corel maintains an online database of solutions to issues with our software. Most problems can be solved by referring to the answers in this database, or by reading the Frequently Asked Questions.
Email Support
Select your product under "To search by product". Indicate in the key words for the problem in question. Click on "Search", a list of the articles will appear. If none the articles available corresponds to your question, you can send an email to us through the tab "E-mail Corel". You must search and view at least one answer to enable the e-mail Corel tab.
Phone Support
Technical support is available for the current release and the previous version of each Corel product.
Free phone support is available for:
- Installation errors
- Problems with an existing order

- Product returns (if purchased directly from Corel)
