Yes, you can. Whether your camcorder records in DVD+RW, DVD-RW, or DVD-RAM, VideoStudio supports it. You may have to "finalize" the disc in your camcorder before it will be correctly read by VideoStudio, however. For instructions on finalizing a disc, refer to your camcorder's user manual. |

If you wish to capture the video from your camcorder (Hard-dsc or DVD) you should start VideoStudio first, then connect your device. In the capture step, select "Import from DVD/DVD-VR" and select your device – it will usually show up with a drive letter like a hard drive. Then click import, and it will offer you the choice to select the clips that you want to import and edit. |
