| Kris Hagerman, Interim CEO |
|
Kris Hagerman has served as Corel's Interim CEO since May, 2008. Prior to joining Corel, Hagerman was a Senior Advisor at Vector Capital. Prior to that, he served as Group President, Data Center Management at Symantec where he was responsible for all product development, product management, business development, and go-to-market strategies for one of Symantec's three business units, focused on enterprise infrastructure software. Hagerman joined Symantec through the company's merger with Veritas Software in July, 2005. At Veritas, Hagerman served as executive vice president and General Manager of the storage and server management group, where he led all product-related responsibilities for one of Veritas' two business units. Previously, he served as executive vice president of strategic operations for the company, managing strategic alliances, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining VERITAS, Hagerman served as founder and chief executive officer of Affinia Inc., where he created the Internet's first contextual merchandising platform. Prior to that, Hagerman was the founder and chief executive officer of BigBook, Inc., a pioneering Internet yellow pages service. In addition, Hagerman has held various management positions in consulting, sales and marketing, business development, and finance at companies such as Silicon Graphics Computer Systems, McKinsey & Company, and Morgan Stanley.
Hagerman holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also received a master's degree in international relations from Cambridge University and a bachelor's degree in Russian and economics from Dartmouth College.

| Douglas R. McCollam, Chief Financial Officer |

Douglas McCollam has served as Corel's Chief Financial Officer since January 2004 and became a member of the company's board of directors in October 2004. From July 1996 to January 2004 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NORDX/ CDT. He previously served in various capacities at Nortel Networks, including as Vice President Finance and Administration for Nortel CALA from 1993 to 1996. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Motorola Nortel Communications from 1991 to 1993, Group Controller Switching from 1989 to 1991 and Assistant Vice President, Corporate Financial Reporting and Analysis from 1987 to 1989. Mr. McCollam is a Certified Management Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

| Jeff Hastings, President and General Manager, Digital Media |

Jeff Hastings has served as Corel's President and General Manager, Digital Media since August 2007 and is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the Company's digital media strategy. Prior to joining Corel, Mr. Hastings served as general manager at Pinnacle Systems, the consumer division of Avid, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's global operations. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mr. Hastings was COO of M-Audio, another Avid company. Mr. Hastings was responsible for taking M-Audio's highly regarded tools for computer-centric musicians and professionals and expanding their reach into the consumer market. Prior to this, Mr. Hastings served as president of Rio, the company that pioneered the MP3 space by introducing the industry's first MP3 player. Mr. Hastings holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Purdue University and holds eight US patents.

| Nick Davies, Vice President & General Manager, Graphics and Productivity |

Nick Davies has served as a member of Corel's executive team since joining the company in 2001. In his current role as Vice President and General Manager, Graphics and Productivity, Mr. Davies is responsible for driving the global strategies behind some of the world's most popular software brands including CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, Corel Painter, and WordPerfect Office.
With over 15 years of strategic marketing experience, Mr. Davies brings a deep understanding of the international landscape, together with the unique requirements of businesses and the design communities. Before joining Corel, Mr. Davies worked in Europe where he developed and implemented successful business strategies for information technology companies, fast-moving consumer products and premium sporting goods. He held positions as Vice President EMEA for Ecademy Ltd., Brand and Marketing Manager for Coleman Europe, Commercial Manager France for Virgin Cola, and Marketing Director for Puma Sports company.
Mr. Davies holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France, and a BA with honors in Business Administration from the European Business School in the United Kingdom.

Amanda Bedborough has served as Corel's Executive Vice President, International Operations since January 2004. Prior to that Ms. Bedborough served as the company's Executive Vice President, Europe, the Middle East and Africa from October 2001 to December 2003. From September 1993 to March 2001 she served in a variety of capacities at 3dfx Interactive, including Vice President, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Kevin Thornton has served as Corel's Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Americas since September 2007. In this capacity, Mr. Thornton is responsible for sales, marketing, customer service and support in the Americas region and is charged with leading the expansion of Corel's channel, OEM and online partnerships. Prior to joining Corel, Mr. Thornton served as Sr. Vice President Sales, Small Business Division (SBD) at Sage Software. He previously held management positions with Coca-Cola Bottling Company and was the Vice President Sales, Americas for Corel. Mr. Thornton holds an honors degree from the University of Ottawa.

He joined the company in 1991, and previously served in a variety of capacities, including Vice President of Software Development, Business Applications from 1998 to 2000. In this capacity, Mr. Liang is responsible for leading the development efforts behind the Company’s award-winning digital media portfolio while maintaining Corel’s leadership position with technology innovations that inspire and delight customers. Prior to joining Corel, Mr. Liang spent 10 years with Trend Micro where he served as EVP of Engineering, EVP of Information and Engineering Operations, and most recently EVP of Information and Chief Security Officer. Liang holds a masters degree in computer science from New Mexico Tech and a bachelor's degree in computer science from ChiaoTung University, Taiwan.

Shawn Cadeau joined Corel in March 2006 and was subsequently appointed as Vice President, Global Marketing in May. From April 2002 to February 2006, Mr. Cadeau served as Director, Product Marketing at Adobe Systems. He previously held executive positions in product marketing and management with Accelio Corporation (formerly JetForm) and Cebra Inc., an e-business subsidiary of The Bank of Montreal. Mr. Cadeau holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Christopher DiFrancesco serves as Corel's Senior Vice President, Legal and General Counsel. He previously served as Corporate Counsel with Corel from 2000 to 2003. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Associate Counsel for the National Hockey League Players' Association. From 1991 to 1998 he was with the law firm of Gowling, Lafleur & Henderson in Toronto, Canada. Mr. DiFrancesco holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario.

| Jonathan Kissane, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development |
|
Jonathan Kissane serves as Corel's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, leading the company's global expansion efforts through acquisitions and the formation of strategic partnerships. A seasoned technology executive with more than fifteen years of technology experience in business development, venture capital and strategic consulting, Kissane has proven expertise in developing global partnerships and negotiating significant mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Corel, Kissane served as an Associate and Kauffman Fellow at Centennial Ventures, a leading venture capital firm backed by a $341 M fund. From 1996 through 2002, he also held senior executive positions at Viafone and The Boston Consulting Group where he negotiated complex global licensing agreements and provided strategic counsel to numerous high tech, Internet, and telecom clients.
Mr. Kissane holds degrees from both Stanford University and Harvard Law School. He received his MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.

Philip Wilson has served as Corel’s Vice President, Global Human Resources since June 2007. Prior to joining Corel, Mr. Wilson spent over 12 years with CIBC where he lead the company’s global HR initiatives, including employee training, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and global recruiting. Prior to CIBC, Mr. Wilson held executive positions at Northern Telecom, Bell Northern Research and CAE Electronics. Mr. Wilson was recently recognized as one of Canada’s 5 Stars of HR Innovation as selected by HR Professional Magazine. Mr. Wilson graduated from McGill University with a major in industrial relations and a minor in economics.
