Viewing an entire image in CorelPHOTO-PAINT® 10
In CorelPHOTO-PAINT 10, you can use the Navigator popup to view an entire image. This feature allows you to view an entire image when it no longer fits in the image window.
To view an entire image:
- Click the lower-right corner of the image window where the scroll bars meet.
- Hold down the mouse button to display the Navigator popup.
- Release the mouse button to close the Navigator popup.
The Navigator popup displays only when the picture is too large for the image window.
Reminder that Bryce® 5.01 Update is now available
This update includes several enhancements for both the Windows and Mac platforms. Using the object mask mode in Bryce® 5
In Bryce 5, you can use the object mask mode to render the objects in a scene as white shapes against a black background. This feature allows you to create a black-and-white negative of an image. The resulting negative image can then be used either as a mask or an alpha channel in 2D image-editing programs, such as CorelPHOTO-PAINT 10.
To apply an object mask:
- Click the triangle icon to the lower right of the Render controls, and click Object mask.
The object mask can be used in the Terrain editor as a picture, or in the Light lab as a gel.

Entering text on a slide in Corel® Presentations™ 10
In Corel® Presentations™ 10, you can enter text on a slide. This feature lets you include text in a slide show in a variety of formats, such as bulleted lists or paragraphs.
To enter text on a slide:
- Click Insert, Text box.
- Click Format, Bulleted list properties.
- Type text in the text box.
- Click outside the text box when you have finished typing.
You can also insert a text box by clicking the Text box button in the tool box.
