With 2003 just underway, we already have many new tools and resources to improve the way you do business. Free Web seminars
This month, Corel is hosting two free online seminars for customers who want to learn how Corel® XMetaL® 4 easily creates and works with the XML content that's transforming the Web and e-business applications. On Jan. 28th and 30th , XML technology specialist Tom Magliery will present XMetaL 4: XML Authoring Anywhere by Anyone. This is just the first in a series of free Web seminars we're going present on a regular basis. DaVE Makes Final Stop of First Leg
DaVE has made the final stop of the first leg of the Digitalism Tour!!

Art Institute of Phoenix. Soon, the truck will be re-wrapped and
prepared for the second leg of the tour, estimated to start in March

Recent corporate appointments at Corel
Corel is pleased to introduce a new addition to its Sales leadership team. John Deegan, a former Microsoft sales director, has joined Corel as we put greater focus on our channel strategy and partnerships.
We've also recently made other important senior-level appointments within the Sales team. We welcomed David Roberts to the position of Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Professional Services. Steve Houck, formerly Executive Vice President of Strategic Relations, has taken on an expanded role as the company's Executive Vice President, Partner Relations.

Quick Tip: Preview and change fonts in CorelDRAW® 11
CorelDRAW® 11 provides real-time feedback for several tools, making it easier for you to apply effects to your drawings. Use this feauture to preview fonts before applying them to your illustrations.
To preview and change a text font
1. Select the text using the Text tool.
2. Open the Font list box on the Property Bar and scroll through the fonts.
3. To the right of the Font list box, a preview of the selected text in the chosen font is displayed.
4. Click a font to apply it to the selected text.
