Your software comes with a free 30-day warranty that offers one support case to help you install, activate and register your product. The Extended Warranty Support option increases the warranty period to one year from the date you purchase the plan and provides you with one additional support case to resolve issues related to:

  • Product download, installation and activation
  • Re-download, re-installation and re-activation
  • Product registration
  • Serial number issues

Please note the Extended Warranty Support is only available for supported Corel products

You will be sent a support code valid for one year from date of purchase to contact technical support by submitting your question online. If necessary, a technical expert will schedule a call to further assist you.

Please note:

  • The Extended Warranty Support is non-refundable and is not available to License or OEM users
  • The Extended Warranty Support only covers product questions related to download, re-download, installation, re-installation, activation, re-activation, registration and serial number.
  • The Extended Warranty Support does not cover:
    • Network installations with Terminal Server, NetWare or Linux
    • Custom development, such as macros or Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) customization, etc.
    • Support for any third-party software integration such as ODMA or OLE
    • Installation issues caused by non-Corel software conflicts or hardware issues (computer, printer or other equipment)
