Competitive Compensation Package
Recognition and reward for a job well done are important values at Corel. Our base salaries are competitive with the industry and validated against our competitors.
Some positions at Corel may be eligible (based on personal and company performance) for bonus plans in addition to base pay. These programs include Sales Compensation Plans, Team Bonus Plans for shipping quality products on time, and the Annual and Quarterly Incentive Plans for executive management positions. Special Recognition and Spot awards are given to recognize above and beyond contributions and results.
Profit Sharing Plan
Eligible employees participate in Corel's annual profit sharing plan. Payouts are based on position and performance (corporate and individual) during the fiscal year.
Stock Option Plan
Eligible positions may be awarded a stock option grant from the Board of Directors, which allows employees to purchase a number of Corel shares at a set price. Employees may exercise the share option grant in a number of ways once the vesting period has passed and in accordance with posted trading windows.
RRSP (Canada) and 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (USA)
Corel helps to build a solid financial future for employees in retirement by offering a group retirement savings plan and company ‘matching' program. Each year, the company contributes 50% of an employee's contribution to this savings plan, up to a set percentage of base salary.
