Corel Painter Master - Claudia Salguero

Born in Colombia, South America, Claudia is an award-wining professional photographer, fine artist and graphic designer. After discovering Corel Painter in 2004, Claudia was able to meld all three of her disciplines into one distinctive style. In 2007 Claudia was sponsored by Hewlett Packard Canada and recognized by Corel as a Painter Master. She is the only artist from Latin America in this internationally renowned group of extremely talented professionals.

Claudia is currently based in Ottawa, Canada, where she provides one-on-one coaching and workshops on the use of Painter. She has also been invited to present her techniques in multiple conferences throughout Canada and Latin America. Her commissioned portraits and dancers are printed on medium to large format canvases and finished by hand with traditional art methods. Her latest technique, used on her Downtown Aluminum series, includes printing on aluminum in large formats.

Claudia's images are exhibited internationally and can be found in both private and corporate collections. Currently, Claudia is represented by Foyer Gallery in Ottawa and the Ambiance Gallery in Montreal.
